How to add a Security Clearance to a Member’s record

Security Clearance

The Security Clearance tab lists any clearances entered in IMSe. You may add a Security Clearance if needed. There are three types of security clearances: Government, Nuclear, & Private.

To Add a Security Clearance
  1. Click the Add Security Clearance button.
  2. Complete the required fields including Security TypeCertifying Agency, Certifying Number, and Grant Date.
    • Expiration Date is not required, but recommended to enter if an expiration date is provided/available.
  3. Click Save
  4. You may Export/View the list of Clearances to a PDF or Excel Files.
