Receipts

• Updated Adjusted Receipts to show current PTD/Balance when no new payments have been made.  Adjusted Receipts for not the newest payment will show the PTD and Balance at the time of the original payment.

PCT Charge Calculations

• Updated the per capita charge calculations for recovered members to reflect a correct 24 months billing. 

Signature Values

• Enhanced the system to save the following signature fields on a member’s record. The signature fields are: Political contribution, Representation and Dues Checkoff

Billing Type

• Enhanced the system so that when the “Allow Overpayment” for a billing type is set to No, the user will no longer be able to find this billing type option in the dropdown after selecting the “Add Billing Type” button. 

Payment File Uploads

• Updated logic on Payment File Uploads to improve user experience and system stability. With this update you can expect informative error messaging, ensuring smoother processing and reducing system lock-ups 

Training

Modules Grades

• Enhanced the system by adding a single “Set All to Pass” button that enables users to set all students Pass/Fail values within the Grade by Course/Topic to  pass once saved.

Student Roster

• Resolved a bug that caused students and their programs to be duplicated, causing the transcripts and basic member profiles to show inaccurate data and overlapping prints.

• Resolved a bug that had the access field missing when adding documents or editing existing documents to the student roster. 

Grid View

• Enhanced the Grid View in Student Roster to be able to filter by Military Branch, Military Status and by Employer. 

Organize

Project Reports

• Fixed a bug that displayed incorrect information in the Excel export of project reports.

Employer Tab

• Fixed a bug that caused user error when the “--” option was selected under the Type field in the employer tab of project report.
