Accounting

• Payment Adjustments: 

  • Added validation to not allow refunds on a voided payment and voiding of a fully refunded payment. 

• Payments Received:

  • Updated Receipt Number column on Cash Receipts Journal to display all payments that were adjusted with -A

Roster (Membership & Training)

• Resolved bug that displayed Member Record as “Record Not Found”

• Time tab:

  • Updated the Program field to select most active Program when entering OJL Information

Classes & Modules

• Class Registration

  • Resolved bug that did not allow students to use class registration to sign-up for courses.

• Module Templates

  • Resolved bug in the Module Template Card to now allow users to set Live Module Templates to Retired. 

  • We have also added a quick-action button on the Module Template Card to allow users to easily change the status of their Module Template and made the Module Template Status field read-only so that you can ONLY change the status through the button.
