Accounting

• Resolved bug with Quarterly Dues Profile Members being reinstated before current dues are paid

• PDF Receipts & Invoices

  • The following changes have been made to newly generated invoices and receipts:

    • Display timestamp of when PDF was generated

    • Adjusted Name to display (First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name & Suffix)

    • Display Membership Status, Class & Subclass (if applicable)

    • Moved Membership #, Status, Class & Subclass from the Address Window.

Rosters (Membership & Training)

• Resolved bug that did not allow users to download individual transcripts

• Account Tab

  • Added column Receipt # to the Payments Table

  • Added column Transaction Date to the Table

  • Added column Employer Name to the Payments Table

• Add Member/Non-Member/Student

  • Removed the Ethnicity Field and updated the Race field to Race / Ethnicity and added Hispanic or Latino as an option. This is now a multi-select field. 

• Membership Tab

  • Resolved bug that did not allow users to preview Activity Changes

Distribution List

• Added new dynamic date range filters to allow user to create lists based on a specific number of days or months. The following filters include:

  • Days from Present

  • Days from Present Between

  • Months from Present

  • Months from Present Between

My Account

• My Profile

  • Removed the Ethnicity Field and updated the Race field to Race / Ethnicity and added Hispanic or Latino as an option. This is now a multi-select field. 

Organize

• Add Prospect

  • Removed the Ethnicity Field and updated the Race field to Race / Ethnicity and added Hispanic or Latino as an option. This is now a multi-select field. 

• Prospects

  • Resolved bug that did not allow user to edit Prospects

Transcript Report
