Accounting 

• Cleaned up 2050 Member Records to correct Account Balances based on their Paid Through Dates 

• Bulk Suspensions

  • Updated user experience so that users are now able to select any field from a member row to pull member record. 

  • Resolved issue that did not add reinstatement fee charge to member accounts

• Payments Received 

  • Updated Cash Receipts Journal to include intended types, so that they do not show as unapplied

• Payment File Uploads

  • Resolved bug that did not allow users to change pages

• Resolved issue that charged Member’s twice the normal dues rate for January Invoice

• Entered missing Class Transfer Assessment Adjustments to Account Histories

• Resolved rounding issue for Quarterly Dues

• Added Transaction Detail to be displayed in Member Account when a Payment is Returned or not Processed by Bank

Roster (Membership and Training) 

• User Interface Updates

  • Updated the Membership Roster Results Page with the following visuals displayed on the member card:

    • Red Corner Icon/ Red Circle Ring = Inactive Member

    • Blue Circle Ring=Active Member

    • Grey Circle Ring=Deceased

    • ID Icon=Current Position Holder

• Resolved bug that only displayed ‘IUPAT’ Distribution Lists in Distribution List field. 

• Updated the Member # filter field so that UNITE ignores spaces before or after the Member ID.

• Membership Tab

  • Updated Activity Logic so that UNITE ignores the Recorded Created activity date when processing an activity for a Non-Member

  • Resolved issue with Years of Service and Consecutive Years of Service Fields displaying empty values. (We are aware of a bug in UNITE which is calculating years of service from each consecutive Initiation in a member’s history and we will be fixing this in coming weeks) 

  • Resolved issue that did not display Class values when creating a member or processing Member Activity

  • Fixed issue that waived Dues and Fees when using “Waive APF” Checkbox

  • Updated UNITE Logic so that new activities cannot be processed before to last activity date

• Account Tab

  • Allowed Sorting by all Columns in the Invoice, Payments and Transactions Grid

  • Added new column to Payments Grid “Dues PTD” 

  • Added new column “PDF Invoices” & “Receipt PDF Column” in Transactions Grid

• Improved performance when adding filters

• Resolved Bug with scheduled communications not being sent
