• My Time

  • Updated Logic in the Rejected button so if a member removes all entries within the designated period in the Rejected button, that period will then be made available in the New Entry button to the Member. This change also applies to the Time tab in the Student Roster

Accounting

• Tweaks to the payment file upload process

• Updates regarding historic imports, PTD reconciliation and balance reconciliation 

• Resolved issue with Payment File 

• Updated Billing Templates for certain DCs to update their 2023 Dues Profile

Rosters (Membership and Training)

• Wage Rates

  • Updated the Wage Rate Logic so Users are able to add a wage rate that is not in sequential order

  • Added a Delete Button so Users are able to remove the most recent Wage Rate in a User’s Record

• Resolved issue where Student Record’s were not updated to the DC Organization when a Local Transfer occurred

• Resolved issue of Duplicate Student Records appearing in the Student Roster.

• Membership Tab

  • Resolved issue with Years of Service and Consecutive Years field not displaying value

  • Resolved bug that did not display Preview of Charges when processing an Activity for a Member

• Employment Tab

  • Resolved issue with Total Hours Reported Table displaying blank data columns

Distribution Lists/Grid View

• Added Application Date in the Column Dropdown in the Roster Related Table

Classes & Modules

• Attendance Tab

  • Updated Modules Attendance tab so that Student’s attendance is set to blank by default

  • Updated Classes Attendance tab so that Student’s attendance is set to Unknown by default

• Updated the Class Registration Page so that it displays the end date of Classes

• Resolved Class Registration error that would display all registrations as Successful

• Added International Finishing Trades Institute as an option in Training Center Filter Dropdown

Surveys

• Added two new Data Type Selections for Survey Questions: Open Text – Single Line & Open Text – Multi Line

Transcripts

• Updated Transcripts so that they display Issue and Expiration Dates of Certification Courses
