My Account

• Prevent member from adjusting invoices in the My Account/Pay area

Accounting

• Added the ability to Regenerate Receipts within a Member’s Payment table by using the refresh button to re-generate that members PDF Receipt. 

• Dues receipts have been updated so that they now display the correct Amount Paid.

• Updated Cash Receipts Journal

• Updated Layout and Logic of Bulk Suspensions

• Fixed Credit Card Offset Charge issue

Rosters (Membership and Training)

• Added feature in Global Roster to allow Positions like “Administrative Support, Admin Support FTI & Membership/Dues” to Deposit Clearance Cards for members. 

• Fixed bug in the Member Roster that did not display “Life” option in Membership Class dropdown filter

• Using the “Clear” button for filters now removes all selections made in the filter section of both Member Roster and Student Roster.

• Corrected the logic for Processing Activities so that Users are able to enter Activity Dates on or after the date of the Members Effective Date.

• Fixed bug that generated duplicate letters when generating letters

Programs

• Updated DC 7 Programs

Servicing

• We have started deploying some servicing features to Unite and hope to have the entire servicing feature out (insert time frame here?). We have deployed some features of the Contracts page which was formerly known as Agreements in IMSe. This is still a work in progress and will have more to come in the following weeks.
