Accounting 

• Account & Accounts Tab

  • Added ability to view transaction details of a payment. 

  • Added ability to view which transactions have been included and what transactions are still pending in an invoice

Rosters (Membership & Training)

• Added new Student Type Option “OW Completion” for DC 82

• Fixed bug that displayed incorrect Years of Service for Members (Please report if you see any further issues)

• Updated Member Roster default search to pre-select “Affiliate, Apprentice, Industrial, Life, and Regular” in Membership Class Filter. 

Programs

• Students Tab

  • Per Request, removed the calculated line for “Laid Off/ Didn’t Work” Facet in the Student’s Total Hours by removing the facet from the OJL Hours Summarized by Facet Table. 

Classes & Modules

  • Updated the Student Card Meta Data so that it now displays Students Member Status, Trade, and Suffix (if applicable)

• Data Imports

  • Fixed DC 82 duplicate apprentice OJL Imported Hours issue.

  • Imported November Photo Uploads

Member Mobile Portal

• If your DC/LU has migrated to Unite, all new Paid Through Dates and Balances are now correctly referenced in the Member Mobile App. Transactions are not being displayed at this time.
