Rosters (Membership and Training): 

• Account Tab

  • Created Draft Invoice to apply to newly applied/initiated Members in order to display their balance due between the periodic invoice generation.

• Time Tab:

  • Fixed a bug that did not display rejected hours for a member in DC 82

• Membership Tab: 

  • Added new rule when processing Activities so that users would not be able to process activity dates before a member’s effective date.

  • Fixed bug to no longer prompt user for “Political Contribution, Representation and Dues Checkoff” when changing a member’s activity from “Paying on Application” to “Initiated”. 

• Employers Tab: 

  • Fixed bug that did not display Employers when adding a new employer to a student.

• Programs Tab:

  • Wage Rates subtab:

    • Fixed bug to inform user when a student does not have an active program.

Accounting

• Payments Received

  • Added Cash Receipts Journal PDF 

Classes & Modules:

• Fixed bug that threw “Conflicting Date” error to users when editing class dates after saving a Module.

• Fixed bug that did not allow Student’s to register with a class using the Class Registration Link.

• Employers:

  • Added Members tab in order to view all members associated to an employer.

  • Updated search filters to search by Employer:

    • Name

    • Employer ID

    • Federal Tax ID

    • Status

    • Primary Trades

    • State/Province

• Contracts:

  • Added “Department of Labor” tab.

  • Added “Wage Reopening” Tab

Training Centers:

• Contact Tab: 

  • Added “Allow Wait List” configuration checkbox so that when checked allows users to continue to register with classes when class is full and when unchecked, does not allow users to register to a full class.
