Rosters (Membership and Training):
Results: Organization dropdowns throughout the Membership context now list the abbreviations for DCs/LUs.
Results: Users should now be able to see any suffixes in a member’s name directly in the card view.
Secure Tab: FTI Admins should now be able to view (but not edit) full SSNs
Notes Tab: Added a note to let admins know the Notes section is only viewable internally and not my members/students.
Distribution Lists:
Training DL now able to filter by bargaining unit
Removed the ability to create Static Lists (if you need a Static List, please request it with Kurt or Teri who can do that in the back end.)
Letters:
Fixed a bug where <currentratepercent>>tag was rounding up wage.
Courses:
Facets tab: Updated categories drop down and updated Credits to # of Hours.
Programs:
Facets Tab: Student Records Time Checked Still Allowing Students to See RI in My Time
Bulk Transcripts:
Fixed bug not pulling transcripts. The UI will now let you know if your filters don’t produce results. If there are results, the report will be downloaded. Also fixed the Student Groups showing all DCs instead of just from DC POV.
Student Certifications:
Added the ability to select multiple employers in the filters. Also added Primary Trade as a column in the output and in the export.
