Unite Release Notes – v10.0

Enhancements:

Rosters (Membership and Training): 

• Results: Temporarily disabled the “Add Non-Member” button from the Student Roster. In the meantime, users should add non-members from the Member Roster, and they will be able to see that non-member also appear in the Student Roster. 

• Contact Tab: Added two new options for National Guard and Reserves to the Military demographics dropdown.

• Docs Tab: Added messaging to let the user know that documents generated through mail merge (like letters) are unable to be deleted. Uploaded docs can still be deleted.

Training Section

• Training Centers:

  • Contact Tab: Users are now able to edit the names of their Training Centers.

  • Configure Tab: Users are able to turn on the automated 24-Hour Class Alerts that will be texted/emailed to students registered for a class 24 hours prior to their class start time. These communications are also stored in the Comms tab of each student record. 

• Programs:

  • Students Tab: Added two new statuses of “Withdrawals” and Non-Completers”.

  • Wage Level Groups: Added a new tab called Wage Level Groups that will allow user to create a Wage Level Group that they can create and subsequently use to assign a new level just to that group. Users will be able to select their Wage Level Group when adding a Wage Rate to a program  (from Wage Levels tab) and from the Wage Rates tab of the Student record.

• Classes:

  • Registration Link: The system will no longer replace a student’s record with updated information they add when registering online (email, phone, name, address). 

  • Students Tab: 

• Student Certifications Report: All certifications listed are now in a picklist format so that the user can choose one or more certifications to run the report against. 

Bug Fixes:

Distribution Lists:

• Users are now able to create DLs under a selected Training Center (and not just their DC).

• Users are now able to only see their DC’s employers when filtering by Employer.

Student Roster:

• Export: Removed columns showing DOB and SIN for PII.

• Dymo Printer: Fixed an issue with Dymo icon not appearing in the member card. 

• Change Log Tab: Fixed the disabled Export icon. 

Student Certifications: 

• Users are now able to use the column filters in the output for Status and Employer columns.
