Enhancements:

Rosters (Membership and Training): 

  • Results: Added the ability for positions with access to be able to add non-members directly from Unite by clicking the “Add” icon in the top right of member and student rosters.

  • Employment tab: Updated the label for Primary Dues Employer to Primary Employer for clarity. This allows admin to filter by employers who are marked as primary.

Distribution Lists: (Membership and Training): Added the ability to click on individual members in the output to view a flyout of their record. 

Communications: 

  • Updated the functionality when scheduling a comm to go out in the future so that when a comm is scheduled, admin is unable to send it out before the scheduled time (admin would have to first unschedule it and then choose to send it now).

  • Enlarged the too-small red help text so that users can better read instructional info in the following areas: Recipients tab | Schedule Communication section | In the survey emailed

Training:

  • Student Roster:

    • Full-Page View: Updated the header for a student record to include: Student Status: | Class: | Member #  | Initiation Date: | Years of Service

    • Filters: Updated the Programs filter to be a pick list so that admin can see and select multiple programs by which to filter. This list will only show the DC=specific programs. 

  • Classes

    • Results: Updated the display of class cards to be in chronological order (and not as previous alphabetical and then chronological) so that admins can view upcoming classes by their start date.

    • Attendance Tab: Renamed the Attendance Report icon and report to more accurate “Sign-In Report”

  • Courses: 

    • Completions Tab: Added the date the student completed a course to the cards in Courses>Completions tab. This will allow admins  a quick view of the completion date instead of having to click into each student record to see this info.



Bug Fixes:

Employers: Fixed bug that was not exporting all paginated results to the Excel. Also added a warning that the list may take a while to download. 

Classes

  • Results: Fixed copy class bug that was not showing the original class after a copy is made. Updated UI  to now show the class number in the class card so that when a class is copied, admin can easily identify their copied class and the original class. 

  • Attendance Tab: Fixed bug that was not showing the Instructor in the Sign-In Sheet. Also fixed bug that was not showing all the instructors in the filters.
