Enhancements:
Distribution Lists: (Membership and Training): Updated many filter options (Positions, Employer, Education, etc.) to show as a picklist versus open text field to allow for more accurate search selection.
Training:
Student Roster:
Programs Tab: Disabled the ability to change a program in the dropdown in an existing program card.
Classes:
Students Tab: Added ability to bulk mark all students’ class status as completed. Also updated the functionality so that when a status = Completed, the certification fields are editable and Date field is required, but when status=In Progress or Not Completed, the certification fields are disabled.
Bug Fixes:
Rosters (Membership & Training):
Grid View: Fixed issues with several filters in Member Roster not showing the right data or updating to make some picklists. Additional fixes to Student Roster>Grid View upcoming. Also removed two inactive icons at the bottom of Grid View.
Training:
Student Roster: Fixed the Student Number showing up instead of the Member Number in a Transcript.
Distribution Lists: Fixed bug that was not showing data when Training Type is selected as a filter for Student Roster.
Other:
Password Reset: Fixed bug where navigating away from Security Questions would not prompt user to save their entries and where entering the wrong security answer would not refresh to try again.
UI Update: Updated a new color scheme for the cards and tabs to make it easier, visually, to see what tab user is on.
Email Unsubscribe: Fixed issue where unsubscribe option from an email sent was not working.
