Enhancements:

Rosters (Membership & Training):

• Student Roster Record: 

  • Updated Status in Programs tab to include the following statuses: Awaiting Placement, Active, Completed/Graduated, Dropped

  • Added Birth Certificate as a new document category in Docs tab

• Both Rosters:

  • Updated the label for Personal and Business Emails to read Primary and Secondary Emails and made emails not required while in the roster records (email is still required in the member’s Profile)

  • Added hover text (alt text) to the action icons on the roster records so that the user knows what the icons are without having to click on them first

Communicate (Membership & Training):

• Distribution Lists:

  • Widened Distribution List dropdown so that the names of lists in the dropdown are not being cut off

  • Made Voter Registration Status a picklist

  • Made Position Types to be a picklist 

• Letters:

  • Added instructional hover text for attaching a file to record and including recipients to letter

Training:

• Programs: Implemented Student Groups concept in Programs record (new Student Groups tab), where admin can create a group, add start and end date and ability to sort the order of the group. In this release, admins can add students to groups by accessing the student record>Programs tab and selecting a Student Group in the dropdown

• Courses: Updated the label for "Facets" to read "Category" where the Facets dropdown appears when adding a facet under Courses>Facets tab.

• Classes: Added ability to filter by class status (Draft, Published, Cancelled) 

• Training Centers: Added additional status to Training Center: Active and Inactive

• Student Certifications: Added members' emails in the export of the student certifications report 

Bug Fixes:

Organizations:

• Fixed Active Members number in Org card not being correct (For District Councils)

Communicate (Membership & Training):

• Distribution Lists: 

  • Added missing “Local” filter from Training context

• Communications: 

  • Fixed Communications Email Templates Not Retaining Formatting HTML

  • Fixed new Training Communications not saving 

  • Added prompt to save Communications when making updates and switching between tabs

  • Corrected TimeStamp in Communications

  • Fixed formatting features (system font, add image, etc) being hidden behind Communications screen when drafting an individual communication

  • Fixed being able to send a communication on mobile device

• Letters:

  • Fixed the CC table to show only officer positions and not staff positions

• Mailing Labels: 

  • Fixed Distribution Lists not appearing in the dropdown 

  • Fixed ability to sort by organizations

  • Fixed layout of Mailing Labels in output to remove extra line spacing

Training:

• Programs: Fixed error occurring when adding a wage raise and a start date that is later than the previous wage start date

• Facets: Fixed inability to click on the Category dropdown when creating or editing a facet

• Training Centers: Fixed Organization filtering not working in Positions tab

• Classes: Fixed overlapping logo on the Classes Sign Up page

Other:

• Fixed Cold Sign up (New User) registration email not being received

• Removed extra space when scrolling on various results screens
