How to Add Meeting Minutes to Your Wall

At the Main UNITE Home Screen Select  in the top-right corner and click the button in top right corner.

 

OR

 

Navigate to My Wall ()under MY ACCOUNT Tools and click on the button in top right corner.

 

  

 

 

This will open a new Wall Post Text Editor-Window.

 

 

In this Window you can:

  • Select your Wall Post Type (Announcement, Document, or Call to Action)
  • Promote your Post so your members will see it first when they Log-in
  • Give it a Title (Meeting Minutes)
  • Attach a Document (Required)
  • Add a Header Image for your Post
  • Set Access as to who can see this Wall Post (Required) 

 

For Posts regarding Meeting Minutes, we recommend selecting Announcement or

Document as the Type.

Set an Expiration Date if you wish for your Post to disappear from the Wall after a certain date.


You can upload your Meeting Minutes Document from your device by selecting the + Choose button at the bottom of the text-editor window or type them in the body- section. 


You can also add an image, such as your Org. Logo by clicking the  button.


You can choose a Header Image as well for the Post. This will be the Image that your Members will see when they view the Post on your Wall. Click Save when done.

 

 


 

Your Meeting Minutes will now be displayed on your Wall for members in your Organization to see.

 

 

Once created, you can Edit () or Delete () your Post as well by Clicking either Button at the bottom-right side of the Post.
