Membership Cards

• Membership Cards are nearly completed. When this item is ready to be released, we will notify you and the Members. As a reminder, this updated Member Card will be sent out by the International Union to all Members. This card is going to be a pressure sealed card with a perforated member card in the document. The Member Card will also have a QR Code that anyone can scan. This QR Code will take the user to the Member’s webpage which will display more information about the Member.

Accounting

• Receipts:

  • Resolved bug with Member’s missing Receipts and added nightly processing to look for future cases and regenerate receipts if they were not created during the payment

  • Resolved issue that displayed receipts without a Paid-Through Date

  • Resolved issue that left payments as unapplied 

• Invoices:

  • Updated Unites performance to better chain Invoices together

  • Updated Unite logic so that credits are applied to invoices before invoices are generated 

• Resolved Paid Through Date issues on Member Records

• Resolved issue of members not receiving Yearly Discount

• Added Missing Monthly Assessments

Reports

• Created Out-Of-Work Report

• Created Employment History Report

Roster (Membership & Training) 

• Member Recoveries

  • Drop, Resign, Deceased, Suspended, Reinstatement, Forfeited, Expelled, Clearance Card Grant

    • Recoveries will automatically update the member’s status, activity, activity history and account information.

    • For the time being this work will still be performed by IUPAT IU Staff

• Resolved issue that did not populate the SSN/SIN field when adding a Member or Non-Member

• Updated Non-Member Validation logic so that the system will always check for matching values (First/Last Name, DOB, E-Mail, SSN/SIN) and removed the requirement from the D.O.B. field when adding a non-member 

• Updated SSN/SIN fields so that they ONLY allow numeric values

• Account Tab

  • Updated the Transactions Excel Export so that it now displays the following Columns:

    • Organization Name

    • Transaction Date

    • Description

    • Memo

    • Amount

    • OrganizationID

• Program Tab

  • Resolved bug that displayed 0 Hours for Waiting for Approval, Rejected & Approved Hours Summary

• Resolved bug that displayed student name as “Undefined Undefined” 

• Updated the logic in UNITE to only display Approved & Waiting for Approval hours in the Program Visualizer

  • Resolved Bug that did not display options in the State/Province dropdown field
