Modified on Mon, May 6 at 3:02 PM

Rosters (Membership and Training):

  • Grid View: Updated the UI to always show the filter available by default (vs previously having to click the Show Filters button).

  • Employment Tab: Fixed a bug where the user was unable to change or remove the Primary Employer set.

Organizations:

  • Positions Tab: Fixed a bug where the user was unable to add an end date for a position.

Communications:

  • Fixed a bug where when a Distribution List was created under a Training Center, and the user created a communication using that DL, the recipients were not found.

Letters:

  • Ad Hoc Letters: Fixed a bug where user couldn’t filter by the Organization column when sending an individual (Ad hoc) letter to a student. The developers removed this filtering because the Orgs listed are already being filtered by the Organization of the user logged in.

Classes

  • Results: The new Apprentice Classes (Module Templates and Modules) are now in production. Users are now able to build a Module Template and apply that template when you add a Class type = Module under Classes & Modules menu item. With Modules, you are able to set your days/times for classes, add students, grade the students, mark attendance and download Progress and Attendance Reports. Please test this functionality out and let us know if you have any questions or changes.

  • Details Tab: The new Complex vs Simple Schedule allows the admin to set a Simple Schedule (start/end dates and times) as well as a Complex Schedule ) multiple days and times. Both schedules will now show up on the Class Registration page.

  • Students Tab: Fixed  bug that was not allowing admins to delete a student. Now, students can be deleted if they do not have a completed status. All other statuses will allow the admin to delete the student.
