Log in at Console Level
NOTE: Only users who have full "business" licenses will log in at the Console Level. If you have a limited role within Sage, such as creating purchase requests or approving purchase requests, you will use Log in at Instance Level to log in.
Log in to the Sage Intacct [1]:
www.iupat.org/sage
Click on Use single sign-on
Type IUPAT-console for Company ID and your Sage ID (usually first initial + last name) in the User ID box. Click Log In to continue.
You should see the Okta login window next.
Your username is your email address, and your password is the same password you use to log in to your computer.
Click Sign In to continue.
You should see the Duo window next – depending on how your Duo is set up, respond to the Duo authentication request.
In this example, Duo has been set up to send pushes to a mobile device. This person would click Send Me a Push and then respond to the push on their mobile device.
You are now logged in to the console.
Log in at Instance Level
NOTE: This method is for users that have limited roles within Sage, including - but not limited to - Purchase Request creation, Purchase Request approvals. If you have other roles or accounting functions, you will use Log in to Console
